Safety representative course

It is the authorities, through the Working Environment Act, that require the employer to ensure that safety representatives and members of the working environment committee (AMU) undergo and can document adequate HSE training.

The course is intended for businesses and industries where the parties have agreed a shorter training period than 40 hours. A basic introduction to the most important topics within HSE work is given, so that after completing the course you can actively participate and contribute in a good way to HSE work. For many, it can be both expensive and difficult to free up time to take a classroom course. This is precisely why we have developed an online course based on our classroom courses. The course is built up in modules with film, text and images and after the end of the course there is a test that you must pass in order to be issued a course certificate.

This HSE course is an alternative to the usual 40-hour course for safety representatives and members of the working environment committee (AMU) .

Practical information

• You must mark all lessons as complete to move on.

• The course has knowledge tests along the way, where you must have 80% correct answers to pass.

• Practice documents are sent to:  post@kursconsult.no  or uploaded to the course portal in (pdf). Assessed as “approved/not approved”

• After you have completed the theory part and any practical part, you will receive your course certificate by e-mail. You can also download your course certificate from “my course certificates”
